Yogi Immersion & Teacher Training
From Yogi Immersion to Teacher Training
A deep, unhurried journey into the practice of yoga, designed for every body, every level, and every reason for being here. Our Yogi Immersion to Teacher Training unfolds across two distinct courses, so you can go as far as feels right for you.
We separate the personal deepening from the professional training intentionally. Not everyone who wants to know yoga more deeply wants to teach it; and those who do deserve a foundation built in their own body first, before they ever stand at the front of a room.

All levels are welcome. No prior experience required. No assessment.
Weekend 1 · September 19-20 · Grounding 🌍
We begin at the root discovering what it means to feel settled into your body. We will explore stability, presence and the foundations of yoga physically and philosophically.
Weekend 2 · October 3-4· Flow 🌊
Creativity, fluidity and the art of letting go. What happens when we stop resisting and start moving with life rather than against it and how can we use the breathe as a tool to allow our energy to move freely.
Weekend 3 · October 17–18 · Power 🔥
Confidence, will and the fire within. This weekend is about finding and trusting your own strength, on the mat and off it.
Weekend 4 · October 31–November 1 · Love 💚
Compassion for others, and, perhaps more importantly, for yourself. One of the most transformative weekends of the series we will work together to crack open the heart centre and allow it to shine bright.
Weekend 5 · November 14–15 · Truth 💙
Finding and speaking your authentic voice. What does it mean to live in alignment with who you really are?
Weekend 6 · December 5–6 · Insight 🌀
Intuition, clarity and inner knowing. We go deep into the quieter intelligence that yoga has always pointed toward, exploring the deep work of meditation and focus.
Weekend 7 · December 19–20 · Unity ✨
Integration and closing. Bringing everything together, the practice, the philosophy, the community, and the version of yourself that has emerged across seven weekends.
