Release

A slow, deep stretch practiced in our non-heated room. Poses are held to release tension and restore range of motion, making this a wonderful fit for beginners, anyone healing from injury, and active bodies looking to stay balanced and mobile.

Gentle

Simple yoga poses, breath and flow blend in a welcoming and supportive environment. A solid focus on safe alignment keeps this class accessible for all levels. Longer cool downs and deep stretches leave you feeling blissed out.

 

Level: Beginners to experienced yogis looking for a mellow flow


Heat: Warm Therapeutic Infrared heat ranging from 75-85F, for the perfect introduction to warmer classes

Restore

Our signature 75-minute restorative class blends joint articulation, breath awareness, guided meditation, restorative yoga and reiki for the ultimate relaxation. Often accompanied by a mini sound bowl experience, come comfy and leave ready for your best sleep all week.

Yin

Melt the day away with deep release. In this seated sequence, supported postures are held for minutes at a time to encourage opening of the connective tissue. Yin yoga supports healing, injury prevention and improves range of motion — think of this as laying the foundations of your body for you to build upon.

Whether you are trying to conceive, a mama-to-be or a new mama, our trained prenatal guide will modify class to meet you where you are. Relax, breathe and move safely on your pregnancy journey.

Vin-to-Yin

Begin in movement, arrive in stillness. Vin-to-Yin guides you through an energising Vinyasa flow before melting into long-held Yin postures that invite deep release and genuine rest. The perfect Friday ritual — shake off the week, soften the body, and step into your weekend feeling restored from the inside out. Supported postures held for minutes at a time encourage opening of the connective tissue, while the flow sequence builds warmth and presence before you settle in. The best of both worlds, in one beautiful class.

Build heat and awaken from the inside with our Flow classes. Learn how to connect breath to movement and find your inner rhythm with playful sequences, advanced posture breakdown and intelligent layering. Modifications and advancements are offered, and individual expression is encouraged to make the practice your own.

 

Level: Some prior yoga experience is a plus

Sunday Flow

This soulful flow will leave you feeling light as a feather and ready for whatever the week ahead brings. Funky music vibes, fun flow and a deep stretch among friends is the remedy for the “Sunday Scaries.”
