Earth: Grounded & Restorative
In Earth-based classes, you’ll feel deeply grounded, supported, and nurtured. These classes focus on stability and relaxation, helping you reconnect with your foundation—both physically and mentally.

Rhoswyn Restore blends mindful movement, restorative yoga, breath awareness, essential oil therapy and reiki in a deliciously grounding practice designed to reduce stress and anxiety and support deep, restful sleep.

Slow Flow classes explore simple sequences that are repeated three times, giving you time to learn, time to explore and time to enjoy. Wonderful for beginners looking to transition from foundations to more dynamic formats and seasoned practitioners looking to enjoy active restoration.

Water: Fluid & Free
Water reminds us to go with the flow. These classes are designed to cultivate freedom of expression and grace, helping you let go of tension and embrace the flow of life and allowing your body to move freely with the breath.

Prenatal Yoga nourishes mamas-to-be as they nourish their babies. Classes are uniquely designed to support you throughout your 2nd and 3rd trimesters with movements that release stress and strain, gently build core support and practice deep breathing techniques.

Children's Classes start in the Fall of 2025. No one demonstrates the fluidity, adaptability and freedom of water more than our littles. These classes are a place for play, self-expression, and inner confidence.

Fire: Energizing & Strengthening
Fire represents transformation and energy. In Fire-based classes, expect to ignite your inner power and strength with invigorating movements and intense sequences. These classes are designed to challenge you, build heat, and awaken your passion. Expect to feel energized, strong, and empowered, with a sense of personal transformation as high-intensity sequences build strength, stamina, and heat in the body.

Hot Flow brings all the sweetness of our flow classes and turns up the heat to add the sweat.

Power / Hot Power classes move methodically, holding poses for longer and demanding focus and attention on how you are engaging your body.

Burn & Bloom can best be described as Shaun T and Beyonce having a baby. In this most fiery of classes you can expect to sweat, sculpt and slay as you move to the beat with light weights and a happy heart.

Bloom Beat A high-energy fusion of rhythmic movement, deep core work, and soulful sweat. This class blends dynamic flow with beat-driven cardio bursts, primal expression, and powerful sequencing to help you release, recharge, and rise.

Air: Light & Uplifting
Air classes are all about lightness, expansion, and elevation. These practices invite you to delve deeper, allowing you to expand your breath and spirit, moving through space with ease. You will feel lighter, more expansive, and free - both in body and mind - through a focus on breath-work and practices that open the chest, shoulders, and heart.

Space: Calm & Expansive
Space represents the infinite possibilities within you. These classes are designed to create a sense of spaciousness in the body and mind, allowing for deep meditation, relaxation, and a connection to the present moment. Expect to feel deeply peaceful, centered, and connected to the vastness within.
