New To Yoga? Plant the seeds:

Beginners
If you’ve never tried yoga or are simply looking to refresh your alignment and form this is the class for you. Taught in our Non-heated Lavender studio, students are introduced to yoga poses (asana) with plenty of time to ask questions and gain feedback
Level: Ideal for beginners and those returning to movement after injury or break
Heat: None

Gentle
Simple yoga poses, breath and flow blend in a welcoming and supportive environment. A solid focus on safe alignment keeps this class accessible for all levels. Longer cool downs and deep stretches leave you feeling blissed out
Level: Beginners to experienced yogis looking for a mellow flow
Heat: Therapeutic Infrared 75-80F for the perfect introduction to warmer classes

Family Flow
For children ages 10+ with their caregivers, our Family Flow brings you together in movement and breath. Sequences are taught in a ladder style to allow repetition and learning for our younger practitioners, and freedom to add and modify for our more experienced
Level: All levels. Under 18 must be accompanied by their caregiver and registered by name in advance. This is not a drop-off class (see our Youth programming for drop-off children’s classes)

Rhoswyn Restore
Our signature 75-minute restorative class blends joint articulation, breath awareness, guided meditation, restorative yoga and reiki for the ultimate relaxation
Often accompanied by a mini-sound bowl experience, come comfy and leave ready for your best sleep all week

Hot Yin
Melt the day away with deep release in our Hot Yin class. In this seated sequence supported postures are held for minutes at a time to encourage opening of the connective tissue.
Yin yoga supports healing, injury prevention and improves range of motion. Think of this as laying the foundations of your body for you to build upon.
Level: Advanced beginners to experienced yogis
Heat: Therapeutic Infrared at 85-100 degrees to allow for deep release

Prenatal
Whether you are trying to conceive, a mama-to-be or a new mama, our trained prenatal guide will modify class to meet you where you are. Relax, breathe and move safely on your pregnancy journey

Chair
Chair yoga allows all the benefits of movement, stretching and focus without the risk of losing balance, or having to move from the floor to standing during class. This class is fantastic for students with mobility restrictions and those looking for a gentle flow

Flow
Build heat and awaken from the inside with our Flow classes. Learn how to connect breath to movement and find your inner rhythm with playful sequences, advanced posture breakdown and intelligent layering
Modifications and advancements are offered and individual expression is encouraged to make the practice your own
Need a smaller sample? Try our 45-minute Burst class for the perfect after-work jolt before the evening begins. All energy, no caffeine
Level: Some prior yoga experience is a plus
Heat: Offered in our Non-heated Lavender studio to build the heat from inside and also in our Sage studio with Therapeutic Infrared Heat at 85-100 degrees to add some spice to your practice

Power Flow
A little power mixed with a little flow. This fun sequence will get you sweating, keep you safe and aligned and hold you just long enough to feel challenged.
Level: Advanced beginners to experienced yogis looking to blend the best of both worlds.

Sunday Flow
This soulful flow will leave you feeling light as a feather and ready for whatever the week ahead brings. Funky music vibes, fun flow and a deep stretch among friends is the remedy for the “Sunday Scaries”

Be. Breathe. Bloom (Coming Soon)
Experience the Rhoswyn mantra with all the benefits of the 26 standing poses and two breathing exercises without the pressure of perfection. This set sequence is repeated each class to encourage you to fully turn off your mind in moving meditation and allow you to see your own progression week by week.
Standing poses with longer holds encourage joint stability, focus and healing.
