Melissa Rivera

Melissa Rivera

Melissa, 200 hr RYT, Reiki II Practitioner, and certified health coach, is originally from Northeastern Connecticut. Melissa began practicing yoga when she was 15 as a means to ground herself in the midst of living in a challenging household. Twenty-seven years later she is still practicing and teaching; evolving both as student and teacher. Trained in Baron Baptiste style of Power Yoga, and 200 hour Trauma Informed Yoga in the works, Melissa’s classes will leave you feeling both invigorated, and grounded.

Melissa encourages her students to listen to the innate intelligence of their bodies to guide them through their practice. Students will develop a sense of confidence in trusting their internal guidance.

Brianna Tantimonaco

Brianna Tantimonaco

Brianna is a 29-year-old yoga teacher who found yoga as a way to manage the stress and anxiety of everyday life. What began as a personal practice quickly deepened through restorative and yin yoga, where she discovered the transformative power of slowing down and giving herself permission to pause.

This experience reshaped the way she approaches both wellness and life, showing her that breathwork is not just a relaxation tool, but a powerful, science-backed way to regulate the nervous system and restore balance in the body.

Brianna’s intention is to help students step away from the pace of everyday life and experience the simple, powerful act of slowing down

Family

Rhoswyn Wellness . Wilton, Connecticut . Hot Yoga . Community

Together Jerry and Anna Louise are active members of the Wilton community. When they are not at the studio they can be found coaching the Wilton Youth Cheer squad, volunteering at Girl Scout events (for Troop 50373) and enjoying the beautiful trails around town.

When their daughter Cosima Rose arrived in 2015 they made the conscious choice, as so many parents do, to be as present as possible in her formative years. As Cosi grows and becomes increasingly independent, Anna Louise and Jerry shifted from active participants to taxi drivers and audience. It was this gap that, in part, inspired them to open Rhoswyn Wellness as a space where parents and children can come together and connect.

“We cannot fix every fall, remove every obstacle or protect against the stress of living in today’s world. But we can walk the path alongside our families, showing that we will always be there with them and for them.”
